Unwind with some mellow tunes as you move seamlessly through class. The lights are low in this class, limiting distractions so you can clear your mind as you focus on breath and postural alignment.
This happens a few times a week following a class…it is an opportunity to share or offload what is going on in your life or mind with a fellow yogi. How it happens, everyone pairs up, and you exchange a few minutes to listen and talk. You share whatever is on your heart. Whatever is said is safe. What happens in listening meditation stays in listening meditation.

If words like de-stress, loosen up or decompress keep popping up, this class is for you. This class is the ultimate wind-down from a busy day or busy week. With the lights low, this class gets you to breathe easy and loosen up those tight muscles with gentle movements that allow you to leave renewed.
Repair and replenish by focusing on stretching and breathing with a series of holding postures. This class is designed to promote healing, by working the connective tissues in your body all the while giving your mind that well deserved break it’s been asking for.

Water bottle, Yoga mat & towel (one that fits over your mat), moisture wicking fitted workout clothes, a smile and an open mind!
