COre Creative
Tap into your center and elevate your practice with Core Creative—a focused driven class that builds deep core strength while unlocking foundations of challenging inversions or unique transitions. Expect a dynamic blend of targeted core exercises, mindful movement, and playful exploration designed to support balance, control, and confidence both on and off the mat. We’ll break down advanced shapes step by step, with creative sequencing that keeps your body engaged and your mind inspired. Pure burn
Unwind as you shift from pose to pose on a slow hold styled vinyasa class. The lights are low in this class, limiting distractions so you can clear your mind as you focus on breath and postural alignment with enough time to work into each posture.
Pure Barre
Pure Barre is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Each class will be set to fun music with a lot of energy to produce a targeted workout alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Trust us, you will feel the burn. You’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as a mini Pilates balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.
Empowerment Flow

Deep Stretch & Mobility

POwer On Purpose
Ignite your inner fire with Power on Purpose— a high energy circuit class designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling empowered from the inside out. This full body workout combines functional fitness, cardio bursts, and purposeful movement to challenge your limits while staying rooted in mindfulness and breath. Expect a powerful blend of bodyweight training, resistance exercises with light weights, and core work that align with strength with intention. Perfect for anyone who wants to level up their fitness without losing the heart of the practice.
Pure Sculpt
Pure Sculpt is a yoga flow sequence that utilizes light hand weights (3-7lbs) to increase strength and improve stability in our every day practice. The focus of each class floats from arms to legs, but core work is guaranteed. All ability level class.
Gentle Restorative Flow
Gentle Flow is an all levels yoga class set to candlelight and softer movement. The class is designed to flow with ease, often with the use of props, to nurture the mind and body with the breath.
