"I found Pure Hot Yoga quite by accident, but what a great find! I wanted to try to get “healthy” again. I’m 60 plus, (ok, 60 plus plus…) and had some trepidation about attending yoga classes with a bunch of young, extremely fit young women. Gratefully there is such a wonderful mix of humanity in the classes. I found myself very comfortable from the very first day. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I'm attending class with a bunch of friends. There are so many different styles and levels of classes that you can change it up whenever you want, or even attend the weekend specialty classes on nutrition, and many other topics. So I am getting healthier, more flexible, and on top that, I've lost a few pounds."
