Successful use of Props in Your Practice

Join Kelly on Saturday, June 24th for a Workshop all about the Successful use of Props in Your Practice. We will meet from 12:30-2:30pm Bring a block and strap if you have it, any other prop you might currently use, or any others you are curious about. (I.E. Blankets, wedges, wheels, bolsters, sandbags)

 Props help practitioners, at all levels, gain the sensitivity of a pose without overextending themselves. This allows the student the opportunity to receive all the benefits the pose has to offer, without compromise. Props, used successfully, allow students to practice asanas (physical poses) and pranayama (breath control) with greater effectiveness, ease, and stability.

Cost is 45$ and counts for 2.0 CEU's with the Yoga Alliance.
