Whether you are an elite runner, just caught the running bug, or want to add some cardio into your fitness regimen, this is a workshop for you.

Do not let tight muscles get tighter or weak muscles get weaker. Join Jyssica and learn why getting on your yoga mat can help improve your performance and make your breathing smoother. It is easy to have muscles overcompensate. Any imbalance in the body can lead to pain. At this workshop, please bring a mat, towel, and water. The focus will be on strengthening and lengthening the muscles that are common hot spots such as hamstrings and hips. Your body will move through a sequence specifically designed for runners. You will also leave with the knowledge on how yoga can promote longevity with your workouts. There will be tips on ways to make yoga fit in any type of busy life schedule. Most importantly, you will find the true sense of feeling restored. It is time to awaken and nurture the communication your body is craving.
